Pilates for Tango Dancers is specifically designed to facilitate your tango prowess. It will focus on foot and ankle strengthening, freeing up the movement of the hips for perfect boleos and ganchos and core strength for posture and spinal rotation. Taught by Amy Anderson,
certified Dance Medicine Specialist and Pilates Instructor of 25 years, Amy has been dancing tango for 11 years and was a professional ballet dancer prior to that. Utilizing her expertise in both dance and Pilates, Amy has devised a class that is fun, challenging and will make your posture and your body feel great!
